I’m personally inviting you to the Louisiana Gourd Society’s 1st Annual Show that will be held April 19-20, 2013 at the Claiborne Parish Fairgrounds located at 1563 Fairgrounds Drive in Haynesville, LA.

The wings are done in pieces. There is a set of long dark feathers at the bottom of the wings that are glued to the each wing piece. Also, a gourd piece has been place over the wings down the middle. There is a little work done with Apoxie Sculpt which is the feathers along the bottom edge of each wing that overlap a little of the wing. The feathers at the top of each leg are also Apoxie Sculpt.
