Using Gourd Seeds
3 Replies

Can someone share with me the tips for using gourd seeds as an embellishment? What's the best way to clean the seed? Which adhesives and sealers would you use? Any input would be appreciated.

Natural Pigment Powders

Someone gave me bags of assorted pigment powders that are designed for use in soaps and cosmetics. Can I use this in any capacity on gourds do you think?

Encaustic paints

Has anyone used this paint process on a gourd? I found it on Dick Blicks website while searching for a heat tool.
