I am looking for a tutorial on Stippling with a stiff brush and paints and dye inks. My class would like to try this procedure and we need information. Can anyone help? Kate, WA

"Marlies, I prefer painting the inside with acrylic paint because I like to match or contrast the in with the out. Even if I'm looking for a black inside I use acrylic. Then I coat the inside with Mod Podge. It has a great look and more…"

"I think you may be referring to a dry brush technique with a stippling brush. Maybe, maybe not, but that is what I think you mean. If so, a stippling brush has stiff bristles on a fat round brush. The bristles are cut off flat. Mix your paint…"

when you mentoned JEWERLY my ears perked up. I am interested in JEWERLY / BUTTONS with using GOURDS . I COLLECT BUTTONS . Which class [in July] might be a good one to take to go along this line?? Also I hope some of you will bring :PIECES ,SHARDS to sell at Moses Lake !! as it would be easier to work than a whole GOURD . I am interested in found items : clocks,any thing with wings, gears . stamped brass, Metals on a ribbon,old black and white pictures postcards with victorian pictures, keys, small buckles [child size] Just look thru you junk drawer.....lol....yours Judy Detty GOD BLESS
