"Patsy, it is a lamp.  I cut the bottom of the canteen gourd with my cutoff saw, and cleaned and painted the inside.  The hole for the lamp is now on the bottom of the gourd.  I drilled a hole from the back and top of the walnut base…"

Thanks Don. for the stipplel part of my gourd i used a combination of white acrylic from Welburn Gourd and tinted it with transparent acrylics also from Welburn. I love your bird feeders and i am so encouraged and inspird by all the artist on Gourd Art Enthusiasts.
