Alice Pawlowski said… Ahh, so that's how the beauty of your wood burning shows thru using glaze, I have glaze but haven't used it in awhile. It almost makes your paints transparent like using dyes, but with a more dramatic effect.

Charlotte Vincent said… Hi Debra, Charlotte here to thank you for your comments. You should see the gourds he has grown since then, and I think we have the largest selection of egg gourds in our area thanks to him.
As far as Cody, our Yellow Lab, I'm sad to say we lost him to cancer. We loved him so much because of his intelligence and personality that when the time came, we got Casey, another Yellow Lab. He is going on 6 yr.s now, carmel colored, with the big Bear size head. Both dogs topped the scale @ 100+ at about 3 yrs. Very large, but fit. And Casey was concidered the runt of a large litter, choosing us the minute we entered his yard.
