"Really nice. Your mimicking the tree bark is impressive. Overall design is very pleasing, not over done. Natural colors are just right."

I live about 15 minites from Mt  Home. If you ever get this way look me up . I live on 40 acres, lots of deer, birds, racoons and squirrels on our property. Also aIso I have 3 miniature horses that I go carting with on the trails on our property.

I too wish you lived near by. I live in southern Indiana and no one here knows what a gourd is. I entered a gourd in our 4-H Fair, and they said, "What is that, ceramic?"  But I did get a purple ribbon.

Going to the Ohio Gourd Show in Sept.?

I taught three classes at the Wuertz Festival.  It is probably my only trip to their festival.  It was 4500 miles round trip.

Hi Christine, what beautiful work you have ,I can only wish for a class to help me along the way as here in AUSTRALIA I haven;t found any classes, but I am still searching. If by chance anyone knows of any I would love to hear from them. Thank you Christine for the invite as a friend.

Thanks Christine.  I do enjoy the carving and detail work!  The detail work can be a drawback because of the amount of time put into a piece and what you can sell them for.  I will say that it is a fun hobby.
