Thank you, Barbara and congratulations on the sale. I have a gourd I'm putting a whitetail shed on that would look great with this technique. I'm going to try it today. Watch for a pic. if it works.

Hi Barb, Thank you for the invite. I think I have some of Bonnie's patina. Did you use a copper for the base coat and then sponge patina on? I was trying to figure out how the patina was so "broken". I really like this piece.

Winter Blues...
I don't know why.... but this time of year it's as tho my mind shuts down to hibernate for the winter.
I think I need the color green; winter is so blah.
I still have all sorts of creative juices flowing but my "get up and go" is not there. Every once in awhile I will get a designing spurt and it's so exhilarating!
So instead of feeling like I have lost my "get up and go".... and am reversing it to say "Go and Get UP!
