I use a small jigsaw, although the gourd in my profile pic was done completely by hand. Power tools are easier!

hi andrea! so glad you're able to join us! your photos are terrific, of course - i look forward to seeing you at the olbrich festival - i'm pretty sure your class will be full! once you've had a chance to peruse these pages, click on the "Groups" tab up near the top and then go to the Wisconsin Gourd Society and join this group. there's a friendly competition going on here to see which society can get the most members in - we're in the running! hope this finds you well and able to do some art these cold winter days. i'll be in Arizona in february, but back in time to finish festival plans for april. see you then!
