The black and white sticks are REAL African Porcupine Quills. I drill holes and insert and glue in. I work at a ZOO so easily obtain them. The porcupines naturally shed the quills.

Very nice.  What are the black and white "sticks" in part of your sections?  Did you carve them out or insert them?

II work at a zoo so i am able to obtain African Porcupine quills. They shed some of there quills daily. I love using them in my gourd art. I am currently working on an African series.
