He is made on a tall gourd about 26 to top of head than it takes a curve. Feathers are made from cutout gourds covered with fixit it sculpt for texture from the side I made the gourd look like a bow with his face mounted on front. I did not cut the gourd so it added interest. He is called "Copper Feather"

This is outstanding.  I like to sculpt also and can appreciate all the time put into this.  The person receiving this will really appreciate your workmanship.

You are all very kind with your words. Thanks so much. I made this piece for someone's son I hope she likes it when she sees it, as does the son who is getting it.

The face is sculpted from Pro Sculpt and Fix it sculpt. After I sprayed it with Design Master black than I went over it with Design Master Copper and Mineral Blue. Than I used acrylic in blues and metallic to highlight some areas. I used  Duncan Super Flat Matte as the finishing coat.

It's beautiful. What's the face made of?
