Kansas Sunflower Gourd Patch
We have a new name. We were invited by the SMGS to join them as a new patch. Thank you to Bill and Donna Decker for joining us in our last get-together in McPherson at Merril's. We had good turnout, yummy lunch provided by Merril's lovely wife, Beth. Time was spent sharing, hearing about the AZ show and learning more about the up coming MO show. Our next meeting will be in Wichita in mid May. Details to follow later.

I would really like the Kansas Gourders to have a get-together here in Kansas. A few years ago we did have a large event, but it ended up rather fizzling out, we now have a small group in Wichita, 6 or 8 people at most. We meet once a month to decorate gourds.

Oh how I wish I was going to Wuertz this year, but it wasn't in the cards, too many family health problems. We did have a small get-together two years ago.
