Kayla, what all is involved in doing this, I'm not sure if I would be the right person either as there are days go by sometimes before I can get back online, so let me know what it's all about and I'll see. Tami

Kayla,

As a GAE Site Admin, I already have enough on my platter. I was just curious as I thought Colorado started a state chapter. I live in Washington State anyways. Besides I also run the website for the Washington Gourd Society.

Thanks, but no thanks

I am in Colorado Springs and have been carving and decorating gourds for about 5 years. Am retired and took up as a hobby. Would be interested in joining a Colorado Society

Are any of you from Colorado, as I am thinking of starting one if I can find enough for membership. Oz you are correct as far as I know there is no official gourd society in Colorado. Up to this point I have only found one other person in Colorado who works on gourds and she moved to another state. I would love to find someone close to me. I am in the extreme NE corner of Colorado. Tami

Question - Is this group just for the GAE website? As I could not find a Colorado Gourd Society listed on the American Gourd Society's website.
