I'm in the Berthoud area (between Loveland and Longmont).  Is there a gourd patch nearby?  I went through the entire membership listings (209 pages) and found 98 Coloradans listed.  Quite a few in Colorado Springs and Grand Junction.  About 24 in the Denver area, a sprinkling of folks out on the eastern plains, another sprinkling of people in the mountains and about 13 in northern Colorado (Boulder 1, Erie 1, Longmont 3, Berthoud 3, Loveland 2, Lyons 1, Ft Collins 1, Estes Park 1).  Anyone interested?

Although the Calabash Gourd Artisan group is not having a festival this year, we are excited to welcome well known gourd artist and teacher, KRISTY DIAL to our area OCT 3rd, 4th, and 5th for some wonderful classes.  We would love to meet some of our fellow "gourders" from the Denver and Salt Lake City areas.  Please come and join us.  YOU MUST SIGN UP ON KRISTY'S WEBSITE. www.geckogourds.com

There is a little more info on classes if you check out the "event" section of this site.  Also, detailed info will be available after August 14th by emailing calabashgj@yahoo.com

Check out our 2013 Calabash Festival in Grand Junctiion, CO!  Festival is Sept 6th & 7th   Classes on Friday am and Sunday Sept 8th

We would love to meet some of you "gourders" from the front range, so come over and join the fun.

Our Calabash Gourd Artisan Group meets the second Saturday of each month at the Western Colorado Botanical Gardens in the Childrens Library.  Sometimes we have a specific lesson,  sometimes just gather to work on our own creations, but always share talents, ideas and a lot of laughs.   Everyone is welcome!

Do any of you know Bonnie Delaney.  I believe she is from Loveland, but now sure.  She is in a gallery that I am in in Estes Park.  Her work is beautiful and unique.

My husband just took a job in Pueblo, so I am living between Colorado and the East Coast, NC.  I'm looking for a group of gourders nearby....any suggestions?

Greetings for Pagosa Springs, Colorado!  Wishing you all a beautiful & blessed day.  A recent member to GAE and a fan of gourd art.

Just joined GAE and found this page.  I am just beginning to get into using gourds, began in the spring with birdhouses.  I have been researching and see potential for so much more, and I am excited to begin.  I live in the Broomfield area and would love to meet with other gourd enthusiasts in the area.
